Lineman of the Week
George “Duke” Robinson, OT/DT 6’5″ 325 lbs. Duke was part of a Washington team that would finish the year at 11-2 and earn of the schools best records going back to 1926. Duke would earn 1st team All-State honors from the AJC. He took his talent to Oklahoma earning a scholarship to play for Bob Stoops. At the college level he was a consensus All-American in 2007-2008. He was taken in the 5th round of the 2009 NFL draft by the Carolina Panthers.
