Cedar Grove’ s Jimmy Smith leads a Saints team that has become an annual contender in class AAA. This season the Saints are again 3-0. In week 1, they beat South Carolina state power Summerville and then traveled to Alabama to face the #4 team in all of Alabama, Hewitt-Trussville, in week 2 in a game televised nationally on ESPN. The Saints came from behind to win that big game 34-30. Cedar Grove is currently ranked #2 in class AAA.
