Coach of the Week
Paul Standard, St. Pius. They beat their big rival, Marist, 10-9 last Friday night. No one, except St. Pius, saw this one coming. For those of you unfamiliar with these two schools – Marist is the ‘big brother” to St. Pius – they have more athletes, better facilities, and have historically dominated this series. This was one hell of an effort lead by Coach Standard, his staff, and the players.
