Quarte Sapp, Milton High School, LB 6’2″ 203 lbs. His coach said he is a great locker room guy and a real leader on the team. Quarte also said his coach is always fired up and is not hesitant to stop him in the hall to coach him up – sometimes several times a day. He has over 25 scholarship offers.
