Jason Carrera, Meadowcreek. The Meadowcreek Mustangs opened their home schedule with a win over Rockdale County Friday night and closed with a resounding 43-18 victory. This victory is not surprising to Coach Carrera. He and his staff are in the first year of building a new culture at Meadowcreek. What is surprising is the turnaround from one year ago when Rockdale battered the Mustangs 58-0 and that fact that this is just Meadowcreek’s fourth victory in ten years. Coach Carrera, his staff, and the administration are committed to the future and building a winning culture and program. It is for all these reasons we honor Jason Carrera as our Coach of the Week.
