Major Bellamy Jr., WR Central Gwinnett 5’8” 160 lbs.

Bellamy put on a show for the ages against region foe Brookwood on Friday night. The senior had 14 catches for 254 yards and a TD. This monster performance ranks as the 10th best receiving night in Georgia High School football history. Major is leading the state in receiving yardage with 850 yards after six games, this comes after a Junior season with 1,209 yards receiving. Watching film on Major it is plain to see he is a special player. He can line up in the slot, in the backfield or out wide – catching the ball short or long opposing teams have yet to slow him down. For his historic night, we honor Major Bellamy as our Back of the Week
